WINDEA CTV LLC is a leading US offshore windfarm crew transfer vessel operator, building a fleet of next-generation CTV’s for charter to offshore wind developers, installers and turbine manufacturers.

Tim O’Brien

Senior Vice President, Hornblower Group
Tim oversees contract management and implementation of Hornblower’s Ferries and Transportation division, a group that operates 9 domestic ferry operations, Hornblower Marine, a shipyard based in Bridgeport, CT, and Seaward Services, Hornblower’s offshore high speed vessel operation.

Brendan Smith

President, Seaward Services
Brendan brings more than a decade of maritime experience to his role as President, including 6.5 years with the U.S. Navy, where he served aboard the nuclear-powered submarine, USS Santa Fe. His roles included Chemistry and Radiological controls Assistant (CRA), Quality Assurance Officer (QAO), and Combat Operations Instructor.

Scott Keever

Vice President of Offshore Operations, Seaward Services
Scott is an operations leader with more than 15 years of experience in offshore vessel operations. Scott began his career as a Deck Officer for Chevron Shipping before joining Hornblower Group in 2016. Scott served as a Deck Officer for Seaward Services High Speed Fleet, as well as for American Queen Voyages before returning to Seaward Services as an Operations Manager.

Jeffery Brault

Vice President of Public Affairs, Hornblower Group
Jeff develops and leads robust community engagement, communications, and public affairs strategies to ensure Hornblower’s diverse portfolio of public transit, offshore wind, and public-private partnership operations each reflect, engage with, and benefit the communities they serve.

Brian Nisbett

Program Management, Hornblower Wind
Brian specializes in program development and implementation, high-profile project delivery, in client relations, and in organizational operations. Brian has over 20 years of experience and expertise in the maritime industry and in leading large teams, and he oversees the continuity and compliance of all CTV chartering.

Peter Schwebach

Project Manager of CTV Operations, Seaward Services
Peter is an experienced Chief Engineer, Maintenance Supervisor and vessel operator with a demonstrated successful history of working in the transportation, oil, and maritime industries.
